• 2) Identify potential assessment tools for top talent & high potential employees. This is being used in addition to the performance parameters for top talent selection
• 3) Support format creation for other tools like Individual Development Plan, Scorecards, Defining the roles and responsibilities of multiple stakeholders
• 4) Define a robust governance mechanism including setting up of a Talent Council with critical responsibilities
• 5) Understand an outside-in perspective on talent
• management & connect with key senior leaders to get their perspectives and inputs
