• Within the pandemic where the primary last mile EV ride sharing business of the platform being shut down to zero, the delivery vertical of Oye! Rickshaw took birth in April 2020.
• Being an early bird in the delivery logistics vertical, it was a multi tasking role with a mix of building partnerships, product management, supply and operations.
• Major role was to create partnerships with leading e-commerce businesses in the market by providing them cheap and efficient EV logistics solutions. Starting from scratch, we made partnerships with brands like Big Basket, Snapdeal, Udaan and Ninjacart by giving proof of concept and eliminating any operational barriers.

• National Account Manager for UberEats India's key partners, including QSRs, restaurant chains, hospitality groups. Responsibility was to grow the brands in terms of order volumes and GMV while keeping the PnL healthy and operations smooth.
• Managed a portfolio of partners such as Subway, Wow!Momo, La Pino’z Pizza, OYO and a handful of other brands. A major part of the role was to deliver insights to key partners to help them grow their business online and offline.
• Devising and executing regional growth strategies covering discounting, brand positioning and new user acquisition. Partnering with POS merchants additionally to help run the brands smooth operations. Identifying key markets and the types of restaurant products to boost revenue growth.

• Initially creating content for the Delivery Hero platforms for top 6 countries for the organisation - Australia (Foodora), Canada (Foodora), Singapore (Foodpanda), Hong Kong (Foodpanda), Thailand (Foodpanda) and Malaysia
• (Foodpanda). Later took over as a quality assurance analyst for the content created by the
• teams.
• Launching Australia's Foodora by creating launch content for the platform was one of the milestones.
• To maintain standards and quality of content was the key goal. Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders working offshore within multiple different subsidiaries of Delivery Hero was an interesting part, great takeaways!
