I have over two decades of experience across Advertising, Marketing Communications, Brand, Creative strategy and Experience Design. My career began in advertising, managing diverse clients across industries, and later evolved into building and leading my own digital agency, where I developed a strong foundation in Experience Design. At IBM iX, I transitioned into the role of Experience Designer, drawing on my background in communications, design, brand, and strategy to lead teams on projects involving UI design and experience strategy for clients such as Nestlé, National Grid, and Riyadh Air. As a Practitioner and Co-creator of Enterprise Design Thinking, I have also facilitated workshops to embed these practices into client engagements. Currently, I serve as Global Offering Manager - Growth for the 'Experience Strategy & Design' Offering at IBM Consulting.
