• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from requisition to offer acceptance for various Tech and non tech roles.
• Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job portals, , professional networks, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties.
• Offer Management: Prepare and propose competitive offer letters, and handle negotiation with candidates to secure their acceptance.
• Data & System Management: Maintain high data accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information and hiring stages are up-to-date.
• Hiring MIS Reports: Generate and analyze recruitment reports (MIS) to track key metrics, such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates, providing valuable insights to the leadership team.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
