Overview - Worked as a Program Manager under the Product Org, responsible for setting up, centralizing and scaling multiple programs across the globe.
Major Projects
Uber Eats: Global Restaurant Onboarding of Restaurants -> Managed a team of 450+ resources to centralize (across English Speaking Nations) all restaurant onboarding processes (for e.g. A/C creation, Menu Curation, QC, Go-Live, etc.) to Bangalore & Hyderabad. I worked closely with stakeholders from US-CAN, EMEA, ANZ & APAC to curate and implement practices to establish a fast and seamless onboarding experience for restaurant owners. This entailed working closely with the Product, Engineering and Regional Ops teams to identify improvement areas and ensure global implementation to garner gains through economies of scale. Some of the key projects include OCR Implementation for snippet based menu conversion, ML Model to classify item level labels/tags (cuisine, protein, temperature, etc.) and Rationalization & Standardization of Menu Structures to enhance uniformity of user (Eater) experience.
Uber for Business (U4B), Uber Fleet: Mobile & Web Application Testing ->Managed a team of 12 resources to review engineering docs, create test cases, carry our functional and regression testing as per the specs and work closely with Engineering POCs to coordinate bugs closure before next review cycle. During this project, I worked closely with more than 120+ engineering teams across Uber to unify and launch a centralized test case management suite through JIRA (Adaptavist) to ensure seamless flow of necessary information between Testing & Engg Teams.
