About

In 2021 I put $300k of my own money into a Web3 game called Realm of Karitha. No VC, no pre seed, no safety net. First mint was the slowest on the chain. Eighteen months later we were selling out in 30 seconds. $5M market cap. 12,000 Twitter followers. 2,000 active Discord. Rare NFT valuations above $10k. We outshipped studios sitting on $1M to $3M in funding. When the devs left and the cycle turned, I open sourced the entire stack so the community could keep building on it. That project is where my current work comes from. It taught me that shiny narratives are fragile. What lasts is execution and accountability. Build systems that survive you leaving the room. Today I run 15 AI agents in production. 1 supervisor on Opus 4.5, 7 core agents on Sonnet 4.5, 7 specialists, 75 tools connected through MCP. This is the real setup behind amirbrooks.com.au. The agents do the work. I steer. A client describes an outcome in plain language. I brief the right agent, push back, reframe, ship. Live right now: stowbar.app - Save & manage prompts easier NextGame.dev - AI powered game recommendations. 145+ organic users, Stripe billing, 17 automated CI guards. The thesis: players don't want a catalogue, they want a decision. A 25 niche programmatic engine running 275+ pages. Client projects on 2 to 3 week sprints, production from week one. Between Karitha and now I spent a year running crisis ops at Tipsycoin in Hanoi. Found a $2M fraud in week one, rebuilt a 20 dev team from zero in 4 weeks, kept shipping through crypto winter. Crisis management is not about preventing chaos, it is about building systems that work despite it. I write about all of it publicly. Agent architecture, failed briefs, the conversation patterns that actually produce shipped code. Every workflow is on amirbrooks.com.au. No paywall. No framework to buy. Taking 2 to 3 new projects where agents can replace a whole workflow, not assist a task. amirbrooks.com.au

  • AI game recommendation engine. The thesis: players don't want a catalogue, they want a decision.
  • NextGame takes natural language preferences and play history and surfaces personalised recommendations across platforms. Think Spotify Discover Weekly, for games.
  • What is live:
  • nextgame.dev, fully functional recommendation engine
  • 145+ organic signups in the first months, zero paid acquisition
  • Stripe subscription billing across Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime tiers
  • Full security stack: HSTS preloaded, CSP with strict dynamic, rate limited APIs
  • 17 automated CI guard scripts covering subscriptions, mutations, and cache policy
  • Shipped the entire thing in a 2 to 3 week sprint using AI agents. Context loading, pushback, steering. Not a one shot prompt. Not a demo.
  • Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare.

  • I run 15 AI agents in production. 1 supervisor on Opus 4.5, 7 core agents on Sonnet 4.5, 7 specialists, 75 tools connected through MCP.
  • The agents execute. I steer. A client describes an outcome in plain language. I brief the right agent, push back, reframe, and ship production ready work.
  • Current projects:
  • 25 niche programmatic SEO engine generating 275+ optimised pages
  • Multi agent orchestration stack with specialists for research, content, CRM, outreach, planning, code review, design feedback, data analysis, SEO, social, and technical writing
  • Client software on 2 to 3 week sprints, production from week one
  • The thesis behind all of it: if you are getting mediocre AI output, the problem is not the model. It is the system around it. Context loading beats prompt engineering every time.
  • Everything I learn gets published on amirbrooks.com.au. Real briefs, real outputs, real failures. No paywall. No "DM me for the framework."

Tipsy company (tipsycoin)

Operational Director

Oct 2022Oct 2023 · 1 yr · Hanoi · On-site

  • Relocated to Hanoi as Operational Director. Week one, I discovered a $2M fraud operation. 72 hours later I had triggered an international emergency relocation. Four weeks after that, I had rebuilt a 20+ dev team from zero, in a country where I did not speak the language, through crypto winter.
  • What we pulled off:
  • Built a cross cultural 20+ developer team across Vietnam, Singapore, and international markets in a 4 week emergency window
  • Navigated Vietnamese business regulations, visa requirements, and compliance with no local support
  • Established operational infrastructure in Hanoi from zero, including workspace, comms, and systems
  • Held development velocity through bear market volatility and multi timezone coordination
  • Cut project delivery timelines by 25% operating in full crisis mode
  • Built QA frameworks that produced a 40% reduction in post launch issues across Web3 gaming products
  • The lesson I still build on: crisis management is not about preventing chaos. It is about building systems that work despite it.

Realm of karitha

Founder

Dec 2021Feb 2023 · 1 yr 2 mos · Metaverse · Remote

  • Built and led Realm of Karitha from concept to $5M market cap across the ecosystem. Self funded with $300k+ of my own capital. No VC, no pre seed, no safety net. The first mint was the slowest on the chain.
  • Eighteen months later we were selling out in 30 seconds. We outshipped studios sitting on $1M to $3M in funding.
  • The numbers:
  • 12,000+ Twitter followers from zero
  • 2,000+ active Discord members
  • Multi chain Web3 dApp on Elrond and Ethereum
  • Multiple staking and minting apps with active trading
  • Peak rare NFT valuations above $10k each, with sustained volume
  • $300k+ total project funding, zero outside capital
  • When the dev team moved on and the cycle turned, I open sourced the entire stack so the broader Web3 community could keep building on it.
  • The project is in strategic hiatus pending market conditions and additional funding. The lesson I took from it runs through everything I build now: shiny narratives are fragile. What lasts is execution and accountability.
