• The thesis behind all of it: if you are getting mediocre AI output, the problem is not the model. It is the system around it. Context loading beats prompt engineering every time.

• Relocated to Hanoi as Operational Director. Week one, I discovered a $2M fraud operation. 72 hours later I had triggered an international emergency relocation. Four weeks after that, I had rebuilt a 20+ dev team from zero, in a country where I did not speak the language, through crypto winter.
• What we pulled off:
• Built a cross cultural 20+ developer team across Vietnam, Singapore, and international markets in a 4 week emergency window
• Navigated Vietnamese business regulations, visa requirements, and compliance with no local support
• Established operational infrastructure in Hanoi from zero, including workspace, comms, and systems
• Held development velocity through bear market volatility and multi timezone coordination
• Cut project delivery timelines by 25% operating in full crisis mode
• Built QA frameworks that produced a 40% reduction in post launch issues across Web3 gaming products
• The lesson I still build on: crisis management is not about preventing chaos. It is about building systems that work despite it.

• Built and led Realm of Karitha from concept to $5M market cap across the ecosystem. Self funded with $300k+ of my own capital. No VC, no pre seed, no safety net. The first mint was the slowest on the chain.
• Eighteen months later we were selling out in 30 seconds. We outshipped studios sitting on $1M to $3M in funding.
• The numbers:
• 12,000+ Twitter followers from zero
• 2,000+ active Discord members
• Multi chain Web3 dApp on Elrond and Ethereum
• Multiple staking and minting apps with active trading
• Peak rare NFT valuations above $10k each, with sustained volume
• $300k+ total project funding, zero outside capital
• When the dev team moved on and the cycle turned, I open sourced the entire stack so the broader Web3 community could keep building on it.
• The project is in strategic hiatus pending market conditions and additional funding. The lesson I took from it runs through everything I build now: shiny narratives are fragile. What lasts is execution and accountability.
