• Joined the Legacyleap initiative as a Product Owner on the client side, starting with a high-impact project for a multimillion-dollar event management company.
• Rapidly onboarded and gained a deep understanding of the client’s business and legacy application.
• Spearheaded the planning and coordination for the first phase of the new application, which was successfully developed and delivered within one week using Legacyleap’s proprietary software tools.
• Facilitated ongoing enhancements to the web application by bridging communication gaps between QA and development teams—ensuring better alignment on Jira stories, bugs, and deliverables.
• Maintained close client engagement, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Following the previous project’s success, I took on the role of Product Owner for a global leader in scientific and medical instrumentation.
• Led a $0 Assessment engagement where they provided only source code. Despite limited inputs, we impressed them with our ability to quickly comprehend the complex domain of scientific equipment and stepper/servo motor control.
• Maintained consistent communication with client stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable documentation and strategic recommendations.
• Our initial findings and deep domain understanding paved the way for a broader modernization project that the client is now preparing to move forward with.
