My primary role is to develop creative and visually appealing deliverables for training and change management for large-scale business transformations. I created a design document for capability building initiatives, "Dealer Management Program" and "Solution selling is the future." At VE Commercial Vehicles and Mahindra & Mahindra , I partnered with the business on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and talent management. I reviewed and analyzed business unit data to identify trends and recommended solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. I provided guidance and training to managers and employees on workforce issues and coached managers on managing under-performance. In my current and previous roles, I have demonstrated strong project management skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
