About

I am a Consultant in Organization Transformation and Change Management at Deloitte USI. My primary role is to develop creative and visually appealing deliverables for training and change management for large-scale business transformations. I specialize in creating training collateral for ILTs, WBTs, and other formats like nano-videos, inclusive of training curriculum, training course outlines, and training evaluation. I have been working in this field since November 2021 and have had the opportunity to collaborate with clients, project teams, and subject matter experts. My work involves developing change management collateral, including materials for change impact analysis, readiness surveys, and associated analysis, communications, and engagement materials. At Deloitte USI, I work closely with senior team members in planning and developing project communications and key messages. I provide timely updates to the Project Lead/Manager about timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. On occasion, I perform quality assurance for junior practitioners. Before joining Deloitte USI, I worked as a Human Resource Business Partner in various organizations. At Tafe Motors & Tractors Ltd., I was responsible for designing capability building initiatives for front line employees. I created a design document for capability building initiatives, "Dealer Management Program" and "Solution selling is the future." At VE Commercial Vehicles and Mahindra & Mahindra , I partnered with the business on workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment, and talent management. I reviewed and analyzed business unit data to identify trends and recommended solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. I provided guidance and training to managers and employees on workforce issues and coached managers on managing under-performance. In my current and previous roles, I have demonstrated strong project management skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
