About

My 25-year career has been a journey from the research lab to the boardroom. I spent the first decade as a PhD student and Research Scientist, focusing on data and discovery. I spent the next 15 years at Bain and Company, most recently as a Senior Partner, helping global clients navigate their most complex strategic challenges. In 2026, I decided to "close the laptop" to focus on a different kind of growth: personal reinvention. I am now trading corporate strategy for travel and SteerCo decks for writing. After starting my Bain career in the Singapore office, I later played a foundational role in establishing our presence in Jakarta as a co-founder of the Indonesia office. Over 15+ years at the firm, I focused on building both our regional business and the internal culture that defines our presence in Southeast Asia today.
Key areas of impact:
1. Client Results: Working with global and local institutions to solve their toughest problems. My primary focus was always on delivering measurable results that shifted the needle for my clients. Honored to have won the Bain SEA "Results Challenge" four times during my tenure—an award dedicated to recognizing cases that delivered the most significant and tangible impact for clients.
2. Regional Practice Leadership: Led the Southeast Asia Financial Services practice, advising global and local institutions on large-scale strategy, commercial excellence, and high-stakes transformation.
3. Bain Indonesia Leadership: Played a key role in opening and scaling the Jakarta office, growing our operations and footprint from the ground up to the market-leading presence it is today.
4. People & Culture: Served as the Recruiting and People Partner for 10 years. I am most proud of this decade spent building our talent pipeline and mentoring the individuals who are now leading the next generation of business in the region.
