About

I build businesses that go global (and I’ve got the battle scars to prove it). I’m an AI fanatic, not in the buzzword sense, but in the this-is-changing-how-companies-are-built-and-run sense. Here’s the truth about starting a company: one day you’re the President, the next you’re the sales team, the marketing department, and the person figuring out how to run payroll in three different countries. When I launched Global Expansion (B2B SaaS + EOR + HR Tech) in 2020 with just three people, I had no idea I’d be doing all of that, but that’s precisely what it took. Fast forward to today, and we’ve grown into a multi-million-dollar global business, supporting teams across multiple countries. That’s 5,200%+ revenue growth in five years, built the hard way: selling, iterating, fixing broken processes, and learning in real time. After 20+ years operating in international markets, I’ve learned that successful global expansion isn’t about fancy frameworks. It’s about clarity of positioning, relentless execution, and a go-to-market engine that actually works. Every leader is a salesperson, whether they like it or not. Where AI Fits In I’m obsessed with how AI, automation, and data remove friction, expose blind spots, and unlock scale — especially in complex, compliance-heavy, international environments. I don’t believe AI replaces good leadership. I believe it amplifies it: better decisions, faster; fewer manual processes; more leverage. AI done properly simplifies chaos with practical systems that actually get used. What I Do • Build and execute end-to-end GTM strategies • Help companies expand globally without losing their minds • Turn international growth plans into predictable revenue • Align sales, marketing, partnerships, pricing, and operations • Build distributed teams that actually work • Simplify systems so growth doesn’t mean chaos How I Think Great GTM isn’t about hacks or hype. It’s about: • Clear ICPs and positioning • Sales and marketing pulling in the same direction • Partnerships that generate revenue, not just logos • Systems and data that make growth predictable I’m hands-on when needed, strategic when it matters, and always building for scale. If you’re scaling internationally, building a repeatable GTM engine, or want to swap war stories from the trenches, let’s connect. No pitch. I genuinely enjoy talking shop with fellow founders and operators.

Vice President

Jun 2011Jan 2015 · 3 yrs 7 mos · London, United Kingdom

  • I held full P&L responsibility for Global Mobility and International Assignment Management (IAM) operations, with a mandate to build and scale a business portfolio spanning six continents.
  • Strategic Consulting & Program Development:
  • Working directly with in-house tax advisors, finance teams, HR leaders, and business executives, I provided strategic counsel on tax advisory matters and global mobility policies. I supported the development of comprehensive global programs by analyzing industry best practices and implementing Corporate Compliance Policies & Procedures (CCPP) that enabled clients to expand into foreign markets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • As the Subject Matter Expert on global mobility, I advised clients on policy updates, revisions, and strategic initiatives, while identifying and mitigating risks associated with cross-border workforce movement.
  • Technical Expertise & Solution Design:
  • I developed compliant deployment solutions for international projects and assignments, encompassing the full spectrum of technical requirements—from assignment cost projections and tax equalization calculations to hypothetical tax computations. My work involved conducting in-depth research on treaty interpretation, regulatory frameworks, and payroll complexities, then translating these findings into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
  • Business Development & Marketing:
  • Beyond delivery, I led primary bid and proposal initiatives (RFQ/RFI/RFP) and directed major marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to drive business growth and market positioning.
