I’ve built my career as a trusted partner to founders and executive teams, helping organizations grow from early-stage startups to global companies. I joined Confluent as one of the earliest non-technical hires and helped scale the company from 7 employees to over 3,000, taking on increasing responsibility across People, Operations, and Business Partnership roles along the way. Throughout that growth, I worked closely with C-suite leaders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Corporate functions, advising on organizational design, performance and promotion strategy, leadership transitions, and workforce planning. I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can operate beyond a traditional job description, acting as a thought partner, problem solver, and steady presence during periods of rapid change, hypergrowth, and IPO readiness. My background spans early-stage operations, executive partnership, and senior People Business Partner leadership, which allows me to approach challenges with both a strategic lens and a builder’s mindset. I’m comfortable stepping into ambiguity, working cross-functionally, and helping leaders turn ideas into clear plans and execution. After stepping away from full-time work to focus on my family, I’m now exploring my next role and looking to partner with founders and leadership teams in high-growth environments where I can help scale organizations, support leaders, and bring structure to complexity. Outside of work, I’m a mom of three boys and two dogs, which has only strengthened my ability to stay calm in chaos, keep perspective, and focus on what matters most.
