With over fifteen years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership across different industries and continents, I am passionate about helping businesses and individuals achieve their full potential. I am also a human resources business partner at Netflix, where I spearhead the integration of HR strategies with overarching business goals. I hold a master's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and an executive program in human resource management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
