I am a people person and a talent partner focused on people strategy, talent planning and development in Asia. I am passionate about solving business and people problems in fast moving matrix environments. I love to help people find fulfilling jobs that right-pay them and navigate the painful world of job search. On the business side, I specialize in partnering with leaders to solve people problems at scale and coach them to create profitable and sustainable talent strategies in ambiguity. Currently the lead talent partner for the MCAPS and MCAPS Core lines of business in Asia at Microsoft. I work closely with senior business leaders to build and drive the people strategy for go-to-market teams. Passionate about driving results with data and empathy; with inclusion and business results at the center of it all! I'm originally from Pune, India and lived in Tokyo before moving to Singapore.
