About

I am a supply chain leader specializing in sourcing strategy and execution for complex medical diagnostic instruments, with a background in leading global supply operations across Fortune 500 and high-growth environments. After serving as Director of Global Supply Operations, I intentionally transitioned into a Principal Sourcing role to focus on the most critical and high-impact area of hardware development: supplier strategy, cost structure, and scalable manufacturing. I now own end-to-end sourcing for full instrument platforms covering compute, PCBAs, plastics, motors, and sheet metal—from early development through production. My work sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and finance. I partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are not only technically sound, but commercially viable and scalable. I lead global supplier strategy, executive-level negotiations, and costed BOM ownership, driving meaningful cost reduction while protecting quality, supply continuity, and timeline. Core areas of expertise include: Global sourcing strategy and supplier down-selection (APAC, North America, Europe) Executive negotiations (MSAs, LTAs, pricing agreements, tooling/NRE) Costed BOM (CBOM) ownership and design-to-cost execution Sourcing for pilot, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and high-volume production Supplier performance management and risk mitigation in regulated environments In parallel, I founded and operate a supply chain consulting business focused on sourcing, cost optimization, and strategic negotiations. This work has deepened my ability to quickly assess supplier landscapes, drive commercial outcomes, and deliver measurable value across diverse client environments. I bring a Director-level perspective to hands-on execution balancing strategy with speed, and ownership with collaboration. I thrive in fast-paced environments where building, scaling, and delivering results matter. I am passionate about enabling the next generation of medical diagnostics by building supply chains that are resilient, cost-effective, and designed to scale.
