• Worked for MPT in YANGON as site engineer for CDMA network. Responsible for handling all project related issues individually. Network had two MSC’s, two BSC’s and 23 BTS’s. Job responsibility involved OA& M of switch/system, changing of numbering plan, adding new spans, taking care of customer complaints, preparing weekly reports of system, software upgrades of different subsystems as and when required.
• 2. Telecel, CONGO
• Installation and Commissioning of CDMA Qcore BSC and BTS’s in CONGO (Zaire). Installation and programming of subscriber stations. Training the customer about CDMA technology and day-to-day maintenance activities of the network. The Network had one BSC and six BTS’s. Done RF survey and network optimization in the capital city of Kinshasa.

• Worked as Site engineer for the WLL/Mobile (CDMA Based) network. The network has one BSC/MSC and five BTS's. Job responsibility involved OA&M, system up gradation and all kind of system related issues.
