I think in systems. I build the infrastructure myself. At Zomato, I own the full new user funnel — strategy, capital allocation, performance marketing, and product growth — end to end. Before that, I spent 2.5 years at American Express designing precision acquisition across UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan. What makes my work different: I don't just strategise and hand off. When the right tool doesn't exist, I build it. I shipped a production-grade WhatsApp Campaign Engine solo — 9 business accounts, auto-recovery in under 3 seconds, near-zero infrastructure cost. I built a real-time competitive intelligence dashboard that replaced manual weekly reporting for 20+ stakeholders. Both run in production today. I started as a co-founder. In my final year at IIT Kharagpur, I built KioGo — an ambulance booking platform across 45 districts in Madhya Pradesh, 200+ ambulances, 5 hospital partnerships.
