I work at the intersection of AI, business, and execution. I come from an engineering background, with early hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, and have spent my career building, scaling, and leading go-to-market and partner organizations in complex B2B and enterprise environments. Over the years, I have helped technology companies operating in product-led and data-intensive contexts turn strong products into credible commercial traction: structuring sales and partner motions, defining go-to-market strategies, and engaging C-level stakeholders across long and complex sales cycles. I have launched and scaled regional operations, built high-performing teams, and driven sustained pipeline and revenue growth in environments where markets are still forming and clarity is part of the journey. Alongside corporate leadership roles, I have also been a founder with multiple exits and a startup coach within the digital and AI ecosystem. These experiences shaped a pragmatic leadership style, grounded in responsibility, transmission, and long-term value creation. Today, I focus on AI-native companies facing a familiar challenge: powerful technology, a market that needs education, and the need to scale revenue without overselling or diluting the product vision.
