18 years of experience managing several complex and multi-stakeholder programs across 8 states of India. A lawyer by training, he transitioned into the education sector driven by his desire to create a society built on justice, equality and free speech. He spent 8 years at Dighantar and 2 years in UNICEF honing his understanding of how children learn, and his expertise in pedagogy. He has also created customised and relevant content for students of tribal areas. He managed projects for Wipro, Tata Trusts and Room to Read during his time at Dighantar. In the last 8 years at Piramal Foundation, his work began with a focus on school transformation by working with youth, teachers and headmasters in Jhunjhunu District of Rajasthan. He has been instrumental in the creation of District and State Transformation programs, which are flagship programs for the organization today. In his current role as Program Director for the Rajasthan Program, he leads strategy and operations to deliver transformation in the state.
