Starting with industry leading transformational performance in commercial (buying and selling) roles in steel and non ferrous metals, last 17 years led the businesses in CEO/ Group CEO roles at Reliance Infrastructure (Power distribution, power transmission, toll roads, cement, EPC), Vedanta (Zinc, lead, Aluminium, Copper, Iron Ore, Power Generation, Hindustan Zinc (Zinc, Lead, Silver) Within the overall responsibility as CEO of business/company, my personal focus has been on unlocking value through transformational initiatives, performance management, team building, and operational excellence - in plant operations and in commercial functions.
