Building a leadership or tech team is one of the most important decisions a founder makes. It is also one of the hardest to get right. I started Nexifyr because I kept seeing great companies and great people miss each other – not because of a shortage of talent, but because of unclear roles, slow processes, and misaligned expectations on both sides. My background is unusual for this space. Chartered Accountant by training. Certified coach by practice. Eleven years of working with organisations at moments of growth and transition. That combination is what shapes how we work at Nexifyr. We partner with founders and leadership teams on tech hiring, leadership roles, and senior functional positions. Before any search begins, we take time to understand the business, the team, and the vision behind the role, because the right hire is not just about experience.
