With humble beginnings in India I worked my way up the corporate ladder working over the past decade in some of the most noted technology companies, as a full-cycle recruiter. I have gained immense recruiting experience growing and leading teams and reinventing the wheel. I thrive in scrappy environments and enjoy building things from scratch. I have witnessed recruiting evolve from a function of 'resume suppliers' to being built into the business as a strategic business partner and advisor.
