About

Contracted to lead the People team & strategy for the divestment of the consumer and enterprise customer facing organization (CHRO) in 2022, before strategy change/energy crisis and divestment was interrupted and retained in Fortum. Since then I have been leading the People and Employee Engagement strategy for over three years, expanding the scope of the business-units year over year, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving sustainable transformation. My role involves guiding initiatives in engagement, talent, culture, and workforce strategy, including AI effect, to align with our corporate mission of achieving carbon neutrality and sustainable growth. Collaborating with teams, I contribute to navigating organizational transitions, including mergers and acquisitions, and fostering a culture of innovation and agility. Previously, I led HR for some of the large business-areas at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a Fortune 100 company with 140,000 employees, leading the strategic HR initiatives for Clinical Diagnostics and Immuno Diagnostics. I played a key role in developing a new Go-To-Market organization and enhancing leadership and talent development efforts to build an agile workforce aligned with the organization's mission. My professional experience is centered on relationship management, organizational effectiveness, and supporting strategies that enable businesses and employees to thrive.
