• Process includes: Handled clients MNS, Centric and WSI by performing end to end activities required for processing a shipment. Checking manually if the bookings are confirmed in EDI, if not then update them without which other activities cannot be performed. Making sure all the party address details and metrics are updated properly with the packing list provided by origin team. Generating container stuffing no. with the correct metrics provided as per the container load plan. Generating Forwarder’s cargo receipt and providing it to shippers/vendors. Generating Bill of Lading and manually sending final shipping instructions to the carrier via internal systems. If there are any issues with regards to the above process, then directly coordinating with the origin team and getting it resolved within the agreed SLA. Extraction reports from internal portals and providing weekly forecast to forwarders. Performing multiple reports for clients and sending them to the customer. Other Activities Involved: Handled various reporting migrations and client co-locations making sure the knowledge transfer is properly done to avoid any disturbances of process in future. Attended various self-development sessions (Effective problem solving, Time Management, Exceeding Expectations and Care-Pro 2.0).
