• I took over the recruitment process for one of the largest departments in the company included entire selection process for the Call center, Back office and Technician team. Three years later, I started dealing with the recruitment process for our stores in Southern and Northwestern Bulgaria – this includes more than 50 cities in Bulgaria, over 120 stores and more than 500 employees. Moreover, I was actively involved in the selection of interns for the summer internship program. In addition, I conducted various analyzes and presentations for the company.
