At Kedaara Capital, I am responsible for working with founders to help create business impact through Talent. I help portfolio companies with strategic advisory for Organisation Structuring, Leadership hiring, Culture building, EVP, Performance assessment, Coaching and strengthening team effectiveness to enable scalable, ownership-driven growth I led the talent acquisition team for Netflix in India and built the India office from ground up along with building my HR team, drove the employer branding and DE&I agenda (at APAC level) and partnered closely with business on workforce planning, TA strategy, and advise on Top of Market compensation for internal movements and external hiring. At Merck Singapore, as the regional head for Recruitment and learning, and development I managed a team of recruiters and L&OD experts in the South Asia region(six countries). Responsible for sourcing strategy, employer branding, people analytics, talent development, learning initiatives, and digitization projects for Merck in APAC. Successfully hired for and lead the launch of the BioReliance lab and set up the in-house consulting team and digital and analytics function in APAC. Earlier as part of Accenture's Talent Acquisition function, was heading recruitment for Communications, Media, and Technology Vertical. Leading a team of seasoned recruiters and extended support teams and hired next-gen talent. Spent a year program managing recruitment initiatives driving transformation and change through digitization. Also served as the HRBP for the Financial Services vertical supporting 1200 employees. Worked closely with business leaders to drive performance management and career development of employees. At TCS as the HRBP for Financial Services vertical supporting 800 employees across the employee lifecycle. Process owner for Organization Development interventions enhancing employee engagement and productivity. Other responsibilities included competency development, rewards, recognition, training, development, induction, and lateral and campus hiring.
