Earlier as part of Accenture's Talent Acquisition function, was heading recruitment for Communications, Media, and Technology Vertical. Leading a team of seasoned recruiters and extended support teams and hired next-gen talent. Spent a year program managing recruitment initiatives driving transformation and change through digitization. Also served as the HRBP for the Financial Services vertical supporting 1200 employees. Worked closely with business leaders to drive performance management and career development of employees. At TCS as the HRBP for Financial Services vertical supporting 800 employees across the employee lifecycle. Process owner for Organization Development interventions enhancing employee engagement and productivity. Other responsibilities included competency development, rewards, recognition, training, development, induction, and lateral and campus hiring.
