My background gives me the very best mindset when I'm navigating in the world of recruitment. Got my fundamental skills in candidate management at the agency side where I learned how impactful we are and it really starts at the 1st interaction - then the business side imprinted when I became a corporate recruiter. Understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring community to make the right decision in recruitment really helped me to be more strategic and see the forest - not only the trees in it individually. Over my years in recruitment, I helped plenty of people become their very best version in recruitment by training them. Most of them are still in business and I'm super proud of them! Moreover, by understanding the people behind their roles I could truly find the temp home for my candidates too - which is; at the end of the day matters the most! I believe in numbers, but not defined by them! Numbers and reports help us understand our processes and are key to influencing business decisions & and redefining our direction/approach - but most and foremost (for me) being human, making mistakes, and learning from them is the key to success! I always look for room for improvement either in our processes or myself. I'm extremely passionate about social media, and a big fan of employer branding, innovation, and #technology hence I took the extra role of leading global employer branding initiatives besides my day-to-day recruitment.
