I build and lead hiring functions from scratch and run them through role clarity, sourcing strategy, structured assessment, compensation strategy, and stakeholder management, which makes it all move. Ten+ years in Talent Acquisition, almost entirely inside product-led SaaS companies across Loyalty CRM, EventTech, AI, and EdTech. I started in consulting, which gave me structured hiring fundamentals early. Everything since has been executed at scale, usually without a playbook handed to me. I have managed TA teams, owned the full hiring function, and operated as the primary hiring partner to founders, CTOs, and business heads. The work isn't just filling roles — it's knowing which hire unblocks the business, when to push back on a brief, and how to close a strong candidate who has multiple offers. On the commercial side, I build compensation models from scratch that include surveys, market data, internal benchmarking and advise founders and hiring managers on band design and offer strategy as a decision-making partner.
