• Project Summary - Developed an analytical framework for calculating the carbon emissions for packaging waste streams in a granular level and serve as base for life cycle assessment (LCA) in end-of-life for packaging materials.
• Methodology - Defined the scope and deliverables of the project. Did a preliminary site visit (one of the leading waste collectors and recyclers in the UK) to have an understanding of the complete process flow, map the processes machinery configuration. Collected data for calculating direct and indirect emissions and identified the gaps in data. Researched and analyzed through state of art journals for methodologies to calculate emissions, along with making use of databases from IEA, Ecoinvent and the data repository that the consultancy had. Held regular meetings with higher management and the external stakeholder to review the status of the project. Created a spreadsheet model that maps out and calculates the emissions of waste streams on a granular level.
• Result - Developed an analytical framework that served as a base for evaluating emissions for packaging products within the context of end of life and a tool for delivering the sustainable needs of clients.

• Project Summary - Developed a tool to automate the pricing and quote generating process of a building materials company with more than 300 products in their catalog.
• Methodology - Defined the scope and deliverables of the project. Mapped out the user journey involved and collaborated with the sales team to identify the pain points. Created an excel dashboard using advanced functions, macro to manage the product catalog, update prices automatically and export complex quotations as both pdf and spreadsheet.
• Result - Optimized the process flow involved in managing the pricing of the catalog and reduced the turn around time to create quotations.
