• I was part of the inaugural team that pioneered Bajaj’s foray into the Electric Vehicle (EV) space. My work spanned the full product lifecycle from concept and design to large-scale deployment.
• 1. Part of the inaugural team that pioneered Bajaj’s entry into the EV space, shaping strategy and execution for new mobility solutions.
• 2. Designed system architecture and led electrical integration for Bajaj Chetak, partnering with Bosch China, UK collaborators, and multiple Indian suppliers to launch Bajaj’s first EV.
• 3. Scaled Chetak to production by setting up the assembly line, building safety/quality processes, and training 120+ manufacturing engineers and 1,000+ service engineers for nationwide readiness.
• 4. Partnered with Yulu to design and launch Bajaj’s first in-house micro-mobility vehicle, now deployed at scale with a fleet of 50,000+ vehicles on road.
• 5. Built diagnostic frameworks, service manuals, and customer support systems to improve reliability and customer experience post-launch.
• 6. Represented Bajaj in the Industrial Sports Association, securing the overall Gold Medal in 2020.
