  • Talking about my project. In present, I am working on CDR project which is the telecom domain project and client is us cellular. In this particular project, it is related to Telecom banking. We receive CDRs into small format. We get CDRs from the switch end, from client side. After that we collect the CDR into file format. These Files are automatically collect, convert, and dumped to the downstream via backend script in our path. If some file not collected. in that situation then we need to manually collect the file using FTP And after that I need to provide the manually data to downstream. Every file should be collect, after that convert and dumped to downstream. In every morning run the script for “missing file check” if I get any missing file then need to manual process and dumped to downstream. Whenever client wants to decode file then we need to decode file into proper format after decoding. Then we provide downstream team Downstream team configure the new level opening or changing and trunk After configuration We need to restart the application to reflect the changes after that I check all process that running fine or not?
  • This is all about my project and apart from that I have certain daily activities as well as which includes like working on Tickets, Incidents, Work order on tickets. We have multiple type of tickets and we need to work on those tickets in order to resolve it that we received through BMC Remedy on daily basis raising and closing tickets is also one of my daily responsibility. We works on daily reports as well as We need to fetch the report on daily weekly or monthly basis. We need to send it the client. I also Worked on operations, Implementation, Configurations, pre-production support with UNIX and SQL platform. We also do some monitoring tools I need to work for monitoring the schedules & running jobs on production through BATCH manager. Helping operation team in resolving CDR related problems due to which data is going in rejection.

  • This project is related to Financial Domain. it involved deploying new services for services providers and distributor partners. Configure mapping and bin settings providers and store the metadata in database. Check transactions for Service providers and Distributer partners. Provide support on Application and Responsible to route the route id configure BIN and finally deploy the module using the configurable script. Create request using simulator and run the simulator script then compare the request with the response that I got. Generate Gift cards as per partner request. Configure mapping for partners check declined transaction with partners. fetches logs and check database entry in database and provides solutions.
  • Create reports using script. Work on assigned tickets that can be incidents tickets, service tickets, change request tickets and problem management tickets.
