My domain of research is Digital VLSI test and diagnosis. My expertise revolves around the areas of Automatic Test pattern Generation (ATPG), Diagnosis, and machine learning for Test. As a Senior R&D engineer in Synopsys, I worked on hierarchical ATPG and DRC for diagnosis and DFT (design for testability) in DFTMAX Ultra compressor. During my PhD, I worked on combinatorial and Machine Learning Applications to Test. My research contributions include: (i) designing a tool for diagnostic test generation using ATPG patterns, (ii) studying the structural features of the circuits and developing a regression model to predict the X-sensitivity of circuit inputs and (iii) generating a linear representation of large graphs/circuits. I worked on 3D IC test time optimization for my master's dissertation.
