• Specialize in the generation and qualification of all library views for I/O libraries, familiar with all FrontEnd and Back-End library views (e.g. Liberty Files, Verilog, Spice, GDS, LEF, Milkyway) and their respective quality requirements
• Enhance and maintain the I/O Library Quality Assurance Flow, developed new library quality assurance checks for advanced process nodes (e.g. I/O Cell Power Aware LEC Flow) and lead the I/O characterization tools migration project (2013).
• Developed the Standard Cell Liberty File Validation flow (NLDM, CCST, CCSP, PGV), ensured liberty files are bug-free when end-users use them in PrimeTime/Tempus/Voltus
• Proficient in Perl, created more than 50 Perl utilities and 1 Perl TK GUI utility to improve library quality and reduce views generation time, initiated a Perl database to reduce the time required for Perl utility development by allowing reuse of core engines of Perl scripts.
• Proficient in Verilog simulation, SPICE simulation (using SPECTRE, HSPICE and ELDO), Cell Level Functionality Verification and Physical Verification (e.g. DRC, LVS)
