👋🏻 Hey, I’m Aghya (TL;DR? Just book a chat already, LFG) In August 2022, I stumbled into partnerships and never looked back 🚀 Before that? I was deep in marketing, getting my MBA, leading student councils, and somehow ending up as valedictorian (still a little shocked about that one). That chapter was all about learning how to build, connect, and navigate the unknown Turns out, that’s exactly what partnerships are about too!! Since then, I’ve worked with some incredible orgs and folk, when you’re at a startup, you do it all. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love creating content, communities, and partnerships that actually DRIVE REVENUE Not fluff, not ‘brand awareness,’ but real MONIESS. And if there’s one thing I want to see more of? PARTNERSHIP MANAGERS THINKING LIKE SALES REPS Just like how marketing became its own powerhouse, partnerships as a revenue function is next 📢 Anyways, What you’ll see from me here? Lots of ranting, calling things out and breaking down real life partnerships. Those aren’t hypotheticals they’re literally my everyday experiences. (Resemblance to any real people? Purely coincidental. (Or is it? 👀)) We all go through things. I just process mine by turning them into content 😆 Outside of work? You’ll probably find me pole dancing or practicing calisthenics (I like my hobbies as unpredictable as my job). Sundays are for F1 & yes, I post about it.
