Hotelzify is the fastest-growing startup in the domain of self-serve website development and booking management
platforms for hotels.
Spearhead technological developments in a core feature named 'United Chat Interface' for our rapidly growing startup to help our clientele of about 5000+ hotels receive
direct queries and leads from all their social media channels directly on our app.
Owned the backend from designing the database schema, and APIs, and assisted in socket implementation. Integrated direct messages from third-party channels such as Google My Business Profiles,
Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp, Crisp(live widget) in one place.
In the subsequent stage of the project, we had to design and integrate the AI bot to assist owners in handling
communications using the Language Models, RAG methods, vector databases, and
guardrails. This would help increase customer experience, handle queries at large, and give VOCs to hoteliers to help
customers better in the future.
Owned the technological developments on another project to integrate offerings of our hotels on the ONDC ecosystem built using the Beckn protocol,
giving our clients access to one of the largest open networks in the world. This project also made Hotelzify,
one of the first seller apps for the hotel industry on ONDC.
