I am currently part of the Global Contracting and Order Management Team, where I manage the
S&P client contracts, in terms of contract validations and booking, processing all type of client transactions including invoices & credits.
I ensure that contracts adhere to S&P’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) policies after the sales team generates an order. This involves validating:
Client billing details, Product codes and fees, Contract durations, Legal and client entities Etc.
Each contract must meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain efficiency and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement :-I collaborate with Finance, Legal, Contract Signatory, and Sales teams to ensure accurate contract submissions. Effective communication with these teams is crucial for smooth processing and adherence to company policies.
Queue & Case Management:- I handle the Closed Lost Cases queue, efficiently assigning cases for timely processing. Additionally, I independently manage Auto-Renewal Stopped Cases, ensuring accurate contract cancellations.
Billing & Data Analysis:- I manage financial data within SAP billing systems, processing invoices for contract types such as ZORU, ZMEC, T/M, and ZMCU. I also validate contract data against the Salesforce ERP system, ensuring integrity and compliance.
Special Project Participation:- I am leading the “Merkit to Signfirst” project, ensuring contract accuracy by validating data across seven critical checkpoints before submission in salesforce for processing.
