Alex Issakova — AI Researcher
Corporate AI Trainer | Helping business leaders and their teams use AI with confidence not just speed Your team is already using AI. The question is whether they're using it well. I run corporate AI training for business leaders and their teams: practical, human-first sessions that build real judgment about when to use AI, when not to, and how to do it ethically. If you want your team to leave a session with something they can actually use, not just awareness, get in touch. The story so far 2013: Joined my first Silicon Valley AI company working alongside teams building early reasoning models before most people had heard the word algorithm. The company went bankrupt. The education was priceless. 2017: Joined a Series B machine learning startup. Watched what AI could actually do up close. Got obsessed. 2018: Started an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School while working full time. Wrote my dissertation on how non-technical leaders can implement AI ethically into their organisations. Nobody was talking about this yet. 2020: Became Head of Customer Success EMEA — leading a team through one of the most disruptive periods in tech history. Started delivering internal talks on machine learning and AI to colleagues and leadership teams. Started researching ethical AI formally. Still nobody was talking about it. 2024: Left corporate as the company was preparing to IPO. My final role was Chief of Staff to the CRO, responsible for a 300-person sales organisation. Decided it was time to build something of my own. 2025: Launched my AI training practice, taking everything from twelve years inside AI companies and turning it into practical, human-first training for business leaders. It's been a journey. And it's just getting started. What I do I run corporate AI training for business leaders, GTM teams, and customer success functions, from focused one-hour workshops to six-month programmes. My sessions are practical, human, and honest about what AI can and can't do. No jargon. No hype. Just clear thinking and real skills your team can apply immediately. After one session, your team will know how to build custom GPTs and AI workflows that actually fit the way they work. What people say Sessions are consistently described as the clearest, most practical AI training their teams have experienced — with people leaving not just more capable, but finally understanding why their frustrations with AI were legitimate in the first place.
