I have always loved helping businesses on their growth journey, understanding their position in the market and how they affect the market. As a Business Analyst over the years, I have been able to do so. Now, in my role as Product Manager for MyCase.Tax I am trying to help Tax Professional manager their process and clients using technology. Taxation as an industry in the US is broken. Tax Payers are scared to death because of the process. Though Tax Preparation is the easy part. Most people fear opening a letter from the IRS. Dealing with the IRS is something one cannot do on their own. It takes a toll. Financially and mentally. There are Tax Resolution professionals that provide their expert services. Even for them, the process is complex, made turbulent with many forms, standards, and programs. There are a lot of manual tasks with rigorous research, documentation, and communication between the taxpayer and the Tax Professionals. I aim to solve these problems with my role at MyCase.Tax
