I focus on analyzing and improving business systems, workflows, and operational processes to help teams work more effectively and bring greater clarity to how work flows across systems. I’m completing an MS in Information Systems (May 2026), building on experience with business systems analysis, business requirements gathering and analysis, workflow design, and operational forecasting using inventory and business systems in compliance-driven retail environments. My background in psychology shapes how I think about user behavior, system adoption, and how people interact with processes and tools, which is often where operational systems succeed or fail in practice. I’m most interested in problems where clearer systems, workflows, and operational design can meaningfully improve how teams work and how products are delivered. I often prototype small workflow or decision-support tools to explore solutions and test ideas in practice. Core areas of work include business systems analysis, business requirements gathering and analysis, workflow design and analysis, operational process improvement, change management, and decision-support analysis for operational and product teams. I work with tools such as Salesforce (Certified Platform Administrator), Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, Jira, Asana, Notion, Miro, Visio, and Lucidchart, and I use prototyping tools like Lovable, Replit, and Figma Make to explore workflow and operational solutions.
