  • We were executing an EPC project (Total value 87.67 Million USD) to develop Bus based smart public transport system for Republic of Congo. Under this project we have to develop 3 Bus Depots, 7 Bus Terminals, and 45 Bus stands for 2 cities along with supply of more than 350 Buses with 2 years of service and maintenance. Smart Ticketing System and operations assistance and training was also part of the contract. As representative of the country following was under my KRA-
  • Company Registration along with all legal formalities required for operations. (Banks, Employees, Taxation etc)
  • Direct all operational aspects customer service, human resources, logistics, procurement and administration.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans and manage budget and funds accordingly.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Share knowledge with headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
  • Tendering, Vendor screening, selection and finalization for all the services required for local operations.
