In all of 3 roles, each one has helped me grow stronger and clearer in my direction. I’m now looking for a stable, long-term opportunity where I can contribute meaningfully, keep learning, and grow with the team. I'm an HR/Talent Acquisition and program management professional with hands-on experience in hiring, stakeholder coordination, and people processes across India and Southeast Asia. At Masters’ Union, I worked on high-volume hiring and managed recruitment operations involving many internal teams and senior stakeholders. At CarDekho, I handled end-to-end recruitment across roles and locations, and also worked on aligning offers and compensation for different levels. At Jaypore (ABFRL), I independently built a campus hiring project from scratch, managed end-to-end recruitment and helped run employee engagement and rewards programs.
