From scaling a new category from scratch to improving retention by 40 points, I’ve worked across selection, pricing, discovery, and user experience to drive both top-line, bottom-line, retention and quality metrics. My approach blends deep dives with fast execution. Whether it’s reducing negative quality feedback by improving product rankings, or designing experiments that lift conversions, I enjoy solving the right problems and solving them well for the platform and not limited to the owned category.
