If recruiter wants to change the grade of the candidate (Upgrade / Downgrade) help them to change the grade of the candidate in his workday profile. As even recruiter’s key candidates in workday for some business, helping them to create a new record of the candidate in workday. Whenever duplicate record has been created by recruiter, helping the recruiter by rescinding the new id and again merging the candidate id with requisition and rehire back to his/her old employee id. Converting the Contract employees to full time employees by keeping the same employee id in workday. Initiating promotions/transfers to the candidates in Workday.
