• Leading one of the Lumia industrial design team in Espoo.
• As a design manager my role is to guide, coach, and lead a team of talented product designers through a range of product. As well as assist designers through their careers and their personal development.
• During this period i was leading a global exercise with design teams in Beijing and Espoo on the next generation of products. I was collaborating with partners in engineering and business leads to drive a holistic product range development. The projects included asset development in material technology as well as technology opportunities scaled at different price points.

• Range lead for Microsoft Mobile devices based in Espoo. My responsibility oversees industrial design execution and the integration of mechanics with industrial design together as well as lead for technology integration projects. Collaborating with R&D to develop a set new of technology opportunities with suppliers as an asset for the range work.

• Range Lead (2011–2014) – Directed industrial design execution for Nokia’s future smart device portfolio, integrating mechanics, ID, and technology innovation in collaboration with R&D and global suppliers. Partnered with UX leads to align hardware and software experiences into a unified design language.
• Launched flagship devices: Lumia 925 and Lumia 1520, both highly recognized for design excellence.
• ID Team Lead (2011–2012) – Led design team on advanced material technology integration, delivering multiple device concepts and creating a toolbox for future implementation projects.
• Vision Lead, E-Series (2009–2010) – Defined and led design vision for the E-Series 2012 business smartphone range. Facilitated workshops combining consumer insights, technology trends, and materials innovation to deliver holistic product concepts.
