Bibhudatta D. — Co-Founder
I’m a Product Manager who came into product through business, operations, and large-scale implementation, not engineering, and that perspective shapes how I build products that actually get used. Across government platforms, EdTech, B2B SaaS, and internal tools, I’ve worked on products where the challenge wasn’t just what to build, but how real people adopt technology in complex, high-stakes environments. One of my earliest and most formative product experiences was at IL&FS, where I worked closely with Microsoft’s Kaizala product team while representing a Government of Andhra Pradesh department. I contributed to product discovery and implementation of Microsoft Kaizala, a mobile-first productivity platform adopted by the Andhra Pradesh government for Real-Time Governance (RTG) and citizen communication. My role involved: Acting as the bridge between government users and Microsoft product & engineering teams Supporting user discovery, feedback loops, pilots, and phased rollouts Translating on-ground government workflows into clear product inputs Driving adoption across a mobile-first, non-desk workforce at scale This experience shaped how I think about product: Users prefer simple, chat-based workflows, but expect structure Adoption depends on real group dynamics, not org charts Great products respect operational and policy constraints, not just technical elegance Since then, I’ve led 0→1 and early-scale product work, owning discovery, roadmaps, MVP delivery, and GTM enablement across PropTech, EdTech and B2B platforms. I’ve partnered closely with engineering, design, sales, and operations to prioritize under constraints, ship incrementally, and course-correct based on usage and outcomes. Before fully transitioning into product roles, I built and scaled businesses, driving ₹50Cr+ in revenue, leading GTM across India, the Middle East, and the US, and managing cross-functional teams. That background influences how I work today: Adoption and ROI over feature depth Clear trade-offs over perfect frameworks Strong alignment between product, sales, and delivery My strengths lie in workflow-led products, internal platforms, and tools that improve how teams operate, especially where product sits at the intersection of business, users, and technology. I’m interested in roles where problems are ambiguous, scale is real, and outcomes matter more than outputs.
