Devised a complete Multi-Channel Go To Market Strategy program for close to 400 sales leaders 3. Reoriented the entire Net Promoter Score program to become a revenue generator instead of a listening tool for more than six businesses. 4. Devised a GTM for a technology solutions company to focus on key segments. Coached the leadership of the company. 5. Devised the entire Business Model for generating 3X business in the E-Commerce segments. 6. Developed a comprehensive CX enablement program for a global payroll processing player and rolled it out to 1600 associates. 7. Devised a Root Cause Analysis program for more than a dozen clients 8.
