• Co-led the Customer Care Transformation Project. Opened a second call centre in Parramatta in 3 months, doubled headcount (50 to 100) and increased NPS from 17 to 64.
• Oversaw outsourcing of the I.T. Helpdesk to Accenture in India and associated change management
• Moved our data centre from an in-house solution to a state-of-the-art solution with Equinix to provide better disaster protection and increase network speed and reliability
• Led the opening of Dyson’s first store in Australia in the QVB in Sydney, going from initial concept to opening in 6 months
• Led the project to relocate Dyson ANZ’s head office over a 12 month period, including leading the property search and office design components. Negotiated the lease and worked through detailed design to save almost 25% on the fitout.
