• As part of Innovation Team at Grofers, I work on new ideas for the Grofers app in order to make it a habit for users. Following are some of my day to day activities:
• Conducting user interviews to find out their pains, gains, jobs to be done & personality traits
• Conducting usability tests to unfold user's behavior towards grocery shopping
• Ideating with the team to find solutions to user's pains, support their gains & serve their jobs to be done.
• Experimenting shortlisted ideas and seeing if they are able to drive metrics.
• I also got a one time opportunity of working on end-to-end app experience of GOBD (Grand Orange Bag Days). It is Grofer's bi-annual sale which fetches transactions from 7 lac+ users in a span of 10 days. Following were the goals given to me:

• Worked remotely with a team of Product Managers, Designers and Researchers. Defined research methodologies to be used during various stages of product development in the company’s early stages. Studied and designed sections of the app such as onboarding, articles using Behavioral Change Techniques as it was the building block of the app.

• As a part of the UX Research team at OLX, I gained expertise in creating research documents, recruiting participants, moderating interviews and producing actionable insights. My project focussed on second-hand automobile sector from the lens of next billion users.
• Some of my tasks included:
• Understanding car buyer's journey and inspection behavior, deep-diving into areas of concern and frustrations.
• Testing new features for the app with the users, gathering their feedback and understanding how relevant or usable the features are.
• Creating storyboards for user studies every now and then, videos for posting on Facebook workplace.

• As part of the Innovation Team at Bosch, I worked towards converting ideas (IT solutions) in the field of latest technologies like Blockchain, AI and IOT to profitable business, via design thinking & business analysis. 2 of my projects were a part of Bosch Accelerator Program, where only 10 ideas are selected worldwide and mentored from concept to realization stage. http://www.boschaccelerator.in/

• Worked on B2C products of myHQ, in a highly collaborative & rigorous environment involving regular interactions with CTO, Developers, Operation Managers, Marketeers and Business Developers.
• My process consisted of User Research, Personas, Information Architecture, Wireframes, High Fidelity Mock-Ups along with Interactive Prototypes for user testing.
• Some projects included:
• Building new flows for the myHQ Website and App (both ios and android)
• Re-designing existing flows on the Web and App
• Creating intuitive visuals and iconography for Web and App
• Re-designing the flow of the internal and client dashboard
• Marketing collaterals for social media campaigns, space launches and advertising fetching upto 300+ trials a month
• Branding material such as notebooks, standees, posters etc. used in 70+ workspaces around Delhi-NCR
