I’m a Brazil-based People professional who loves bringing people, purpose, and process together (in that order, quoting Julie Zhuo) to create experiences, programs, and strategies that drive real impact for both individuals and businesses. At Kake, I lead People & Community Ops, helping grow one of the most vibrant remote engineering communities out there. My mission is to create unique and truly meaningful experiences for our top talent, supporting their success as they work with some of the world’s most innovative brands, making space for people to thrive, give back through initiatives like Compassion is Badass, and carry Kake’s core values into everything they do. I see community not as an add-on, but as part of our engineering stack, the layer that makes great people become even greater engineers. Before Kake, I led a global Dev Success team at Turing, supporting thousands of remote engineers worldwide and helping scale people programs - supporting Turing's massive growth and the success of key client projects. With 15 years across different industries and roles, I’ve found my home in the intersection of tech + people - a space where I’m most passionate and proud of the impact I’ve been able to make over the past 7 years!
