I’m a full-stack Marketing & Growth professional with 5+ years of experience across leading app-based companies in India, working closely with Bharat users, retailers, and large consumer communities. For the last 2.5 years, I’ve been driving end-to-end marketing and growth at Badho App (backed by Kapila Krishi Udyog), where I’ve helped scale the platform to 1.4M+ installs, 1.1M registered retailers, and 35,000 FMCG distributors, while consistently maintaining one of the lowest acquisition costs in the industry and sand a strong base of active retailers across Northern India. My work spans across performance marketing, retention, CRM, ASO, product collaboration, in-app communication, UGC content systems, brand visibility, and full-funnel user behaviour optimisation. Before Badho, I worked at Kirana Club in a community + growth role where I helped increase DAU and WAU, improved content engagement, ran targeted push notification journeys, and strengthened creator-driven activity for retailers on the platform. I began my career at Koo App, where I managed user operations, community experience, feedback loops, and product improvements for a large-scale consumer audience. This gave me a strong foundation in user psychology, communication, issue resolution, and working with cross-functional teams. I also briefly worked at Amazon, where I learned process discipline and customer-first execution. Across all roles, one common thread has been my focus on Bharat users, app adoption, communication strategy, growth experiments, and improving user experience through data and insights.
