I'm an Ex-Infoscion who always believed in his skills of being more of a people person than a technical person and decided to switch gears from the Software Engineering career to make a niche career in the HR space. I graduated from the flagship Human Resource Management & Labour Relations (HRM & LR) program at TISS Mumbai and joined BYJU'S as an HRBP and soon got promoted to Manager HRBP Sales.
